I often use the Hide Story feature on my profile mini feed to hide things that I don't want my network to see, assuming that it actually did hide the story completely, but the other day I hid something and while looking at something on my friends computer, I saw the story remained in his main Facebook homepage feed! I was quite shocked at this discovery since it clearly did not hide the story I explicitly told it to hide. IMHO, this is a huge privacy violation.

Yeah, we all know about this, and Luke has been banging on about it for some time now. He has a link to a bug report or something in his sig.

Mini-Feed: Publish stories about this in my Mini-Feed.
