We are now completely in the dark about how our applications are performing because the add/remove stats seem to have gone from the insights page and nothing has replaced them.
It is very important for us to be able to constantly track the number of installs we have it order to gauge the popularity of the application. Installs are a much better indicator of popularity and viral spread than DAU because they indicate whether we are gaining new users or just seeing our current users returning to the canvas.
I propose the following stats are added to the insights page urgently (with historical graphs for all these figures to monitor trends):
Total number of Authorised/Allowed users
Number of users Authorising the app today
Number of users removing authorisation today
Total number of users with an infinite session
Number of users granting infinite session today
Number of users removing infinite session today
Total number of users with boxes
Number of boxes removed today+method
Number of boxes added today+method
Total number of users with main boxes
Number of main boxes removed today+method
Number of main boxes added today+method
Total Number of users with tabs
Number of tabs removed today+method
Number of tabs added today+method
Number of users with email permission
Number of users granting email permission today
Number of users removing email permision today
Please could you either make these stats available immediately or reinstate the old add/remove stats until you are able to provide stats for the new metrics.
Please also reinstate the HISTORICAL add/remove stats and the graph of total number of users for the period up until the new profile was launched, this historical data is very important for analysing applications long-term.

Hi Chris,
This is good feedback. We're actually in the process of launching new statistics and we'll update here as soon as those are live.

The new stats are a step in the right direction but still nearly useless because they don't seem to have any totals - it tells us how many profile boxes we gained or lost each day, but there is no information about how many we had to start with!!!
We need the TOTAL number of profile boxes, installs, etc. This is particularly important in valuing an application for sale - at present we still don't have a clue how many users still have a profile box installed for our apps!
Also the graph only goes back for one month. If you are unable to provide historical data for the new metrics, you need to reinstate the historical data for the old metrics (add/remove etc) so we have a single measurement which we can track ever since the launch of our apps to see long term trends and events which triggered changes in user behaviour (including all the times unnecessary or excessive Facebook changes have killed off good applications).
EDIT: Another problem: I know I already have lots of info sections installed, but the stats for info sections are not showing up for any of my apps.

Can someone tell me the difference between Canvas page views on the Features tab, and Canvas page views on the Usage tab. I seem to have significantly different numbers for them.

Thank u facebook, for too many statistics corresponding to too many integration points, but i fail to understand your priorities. There are hundred issues and bugs pending, and you are working on "improvements" to platform, likely for media highlight. Yesterday i got 9% http 404, today its back to fine, i simply unable to trace what exactly happened.
We want log of all http requests other than http 200. Last 20 request logs shown in httprequests tab in insights is not enough, a separate log of last 20 error requests is need of the hour.

Facebook this a crazy, you have added loads of useless statistics to the insights without adding any of the info we actually need!!!
THERE ARE NO TOTALS, PLEASE ADD TOTALS!
1. It is pointless to tell us how many profile boxes (etc) we gained or lost on any given day unless you tell us how many we have in total.
2. There are still no stats on how many users authorised the application today, how many gave infinite session keys AND MORE IMPORTANT how many have it authorised/infinite session IN TOTAL.
