Facebook Developers

I've discovered a bug and I'm not sure where to report it.

Here's my situation - we're building a facebook connect application, and we were having problems testing it:

We have 2 accounts in question here - "Coworker", and "Me"...

When we use our FB Connect app logged in as Coworker, and try and post to the wall of "Me", we get the following error: "Cannot post to user's Wall. You can see this because you are one of the developers of the app."

However, we can post from "Coworker" to other walls (Coworkers 2, 3, 4, etc)....

So, we looked at the security settings for "Me" - and they all make sense.... here's where it gets weird... and there seems to be a bug...

My account has "Allow users to post to my wall" checked... and has "My Network and Friends" selected... with a SINGLE exception of a SINGLE user.  That user is not "Coworker", nor is it a mutual friend of "Me" and "Coworker"  -- it's a totally unrelated user.

When I remove this single person exception, suddenly "Coworker" can post to my wall via our FB connect app.

When I add that single person exception back - "Coworker" can no longer post to my wall.

Very strange...
