I'd like to encourage more people to join my fan page by doing a book giveaway. But I'm unsure about one technical detail.
I'd like to randomly choose three fans to receive books. Suppose I have 2148 fans as of the drawing date, and I visit Random.org for three numbers between 1 and 2148. And say it spits out 72, 1024, and 1536. Is there some easy way that I could identify those fans?
Or is there a different way you'd approach this?
