Re: Google Adsense

I ask the same, because Cubics and RockYou are putting AdSense on my pages... if I put AdSense directly I suppose the eCPM would be higher... or not?

Thanks.

Re: Google Adsense

If you choose to use AdSense it you will have to do it at your own risk,

AdSense is not a scammy-spammy ad network, on the contrary the have strong policies and they enforce them,
the problem is that AdSense policies are not the same as FB for example:

It is against FB policies to display an ad with a button that resembles a FB functionality - AdSense will allow this
It is against FB policies to have a landing page that mimics FB look and feel - AdSense will allow this

So as you can see some of the FB policies are hard to complie with unless you use a nework thas specializes on FB.

Re: Google Adsense

having said the above, adsense will allow you to review the ads displayed on your side. supposing that facebook will issue a warning before disabling your app, you can always remove inappropriate ads.

Re: Google Adsense

Its the same risk as any other ad network.  Their policy, like most others, allows them to change theie policy at any time.  At the moment there is no 'FB approved or certified' ad network and until there is such a program, you will just have to investigate your options and choose the ones you are most comfortable with.

(I haven't heard anyone complaining that their app got suspended for using Adsense)

I think it's much lower risk to use adsense.
Think about it as if you are buying stock options. There is some risk but what is it if we compare it to cubics, rockyou, etc.

Re: Google Adsense

adsense is not optimizes for facebook ad placement. You should most likely achieve a eCPM of 5-20x more by using the networks that specialize in this.

That being said it never hurts to test

The reason these networks place the ads is because they did not have the volume at times to cover the ad placement they are serving. It doesn't mean you would make more by going directly to adsense.
